What is GSA ASTRO?

ASTRO is a family of 10 Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (MA IDIQ) contracts that is sponsored by the DoD. It was competed, awarded, and is administered by the General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Assisted Acquisition Service (AAS), Federal Integration and Management Center Systems (FEDSIM). With a 10-year ordering period, and no defined ceiling, ASTRO is anticipated to have a potential value in the multi-billions.

PotomacWave is a Maritime Pool Awardee.

The Maritime Pool encompasses all components required to formulate a total solution to a requirement, including professional and/or non-professional labor, ancillary support services, and/or products to maintain, repair, overhaul, or otherwise support manned, unmanned, or optionally manned maritime platforms CONUS and/or OCONUS. All ASTRO Domains are applicable to the Maritime Pool: Operations, Maintenance/Readiness, Development/Systems Integration, Support, and Research & Development. Domains may be used to provide a total solution for any organization’s maritime requirements.

What is DHA Omnibus IV?

Omnibus IV is a Multiple Award (MA) Military Medical Research and Development Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract sponsored by DHA. This contract vehicle encompasses a broad range of military Medical Research and Development (R&D) activities and services that will support the future of R&D programs at the Department of Defense (DoD). Omnibus IV has a 10-year ordering period and a $10 billion ceiling.

PotomacWave is a Market Segment 2: R&D Support Services contractor.

Omnibus IV supports a broad base of DoD requirements owners engaged in Medical R&D and related activities and provides an opportunity to procure services in four main areas, called Market Segments. PotomacWave is a prime contract holder for Market Segment 2: R&D Support Services. Proficiency areas that fall under R&D Support Services include, but are not limited to, administrative support services, IT support services, scientific and technical support services, facilities support services, medical services support, supplies and equipment, and logistical support services. PotomacWave has more than 7 years of experience supporting Defense Health Programs in this capacity.

PotomacWave holds a Prime Contract as a SB in OASIS Pool 3–Small Business.

OASIS Small Business (SB) is a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that provides flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services including: Program Management, Management Consulting, Engineering, Scientific, Logistics, and Financial Services. Several government customers have signed Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) to use OASIS as a Strategic Sourcing Contract Vehicle. They include the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Navy-NAVAIR/NAVSUP, the Department of Defense’s Defense Procurement Acquisition Policy (DPAP) Office, and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
