Process improvement has become commonplace for every effective organization but with increasing constraints on resources, the key to sustained process improvement begins with identifying the high value focus areas. PotomacWave approaches process improvement by first identifying and understanding process drivers to ensure that bad processes are not perpetuated and that better and more effective processes result in improved outcomes. Performance Management & Metrics

From this starting point PotomacWave subject matter experts are able to create and refine relevant performance measures, document accountability, establish baselines, and set target performance goals. PotomacWave leverages the latest technology platforms to facilitate efficient data collection and analysis allowing us to produce automated dashboards and scorecards utilized in day-to-day performance management by senior leadership, process owners, and stakeholders.
